Individual and Couples Therapy

We don't just help you manage your symptoms—we help you understand why they're there so you can create lasting change.

We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, meeting each person and relationship exactly where they are. Whether it's helping a child build emotional regulation and confidence, guiding an adult through anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, supporting couples in rebuilding trust and connection, or strengthening communication within the family system. No matter your age or stage of life, our goal is the same: fostering healthier relationships and lasting emotional well-being.

Whether you're navigating divorce transitions, co-parenting challenges, or the unique demands of raising a strong-willed child, we're here to help you feel more confident and connected as a parent.

We help athletes build the mental game to match their physical one — supporting confidence, performance anxiety, and perfectionism, while also navigating the challenges of injury recovery, burnout, and recruiting stress. Because there's more to who you are than your sport, we also help athletes build a strong sense of identity beyond performance.
